Shadow Yoga students are taught to cultivate their practice through three fixed forms: Balakrama, Chaya Yoddha Sancalanam, and Karttikeya Mandala. These forms utilise vinyasa, static positions, and rhythm to increase awareness.
How to practice:
Shadow Yoga system uses rhythmic breathing, bandhas, and trigger points to free the body of its physical, energetic and mental obstructions. Like all Hatha Yoga, it is designed to ignite our inner fire for meditation, healing and most importantly, living our path.
Mark them on the Woody Namaste World using the customisable stickers that come with it.
